How it all started…
Momentum Property Education was created to fill a need in the market. Founders Daniel Wood, Gisela Wood and Lukasz Brzyski, all successful property investors, came together to discuss their journey from regular jobs to becoming financially free through property investing. Property Investing is Really, Really Difficult
Our journeys were eerily similar. We had all been taught by organisations professing to teach the simple model to learn how to invest in property. Similarly we had all three taken courses and learned “everything” there was to know about property investing before starting out. But when we actually started doing property investments we quickly realised there was a loooot we hadn’t learned…
There were for example costs associated with projects that we had never been told about. Of course we missed them because no one taught us to add them our calculations. Besides that there were challenges with law and tax. There were also regulations about raising finance that the companies that taught us property investing had completely skipped over.
As you can imagine this caused huge issues for us. All these problems incurred significant setbacks and losses in our first years as investors. But we persisted. We continued to learn, we hired specialists, experts and experienced investors to teach us what we didn’t know and over time became proficient investors.
Now we, as Gisela, Daniel and Lukasz have now done well over 100 property deals in the UK, Spain, Sweden and Poland. We have also raised combined over 15 000 000 GBP for property deals. As a result now we own stable portfolios that allow us to live good, secure lives.
Fake ‘property-gurus’
Of course in the beginning we all felt betrayed by the companies that taught us. But after our initial sit down we decided to reach out to other investors. We spoke to people from all over Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia and the United States. Over and over again we heard the same story. In brief the courses people had taken had fell into two categories. First category were courses that told the truth and gave a decent education but — BUT they hadn’t shared the whole truth. The problem with them was that: firstly they didn’t shared the necessary details; secondly they hadn’t provided the roadmap that people needed to succeed. Despite that participants of these courses can call themselves lucky….
In the second category were people who fell victims to fake self-proclaimed ‘property gurus’ – people without real experience and moral backbone. Those fake-‘gurus’ were deceiving people in many ways. They were, for instance, offering courses and mentorship programmes that lead to nowhere. Additionally some of them were also offering bad property deals or partnerships which only goal was to defraud money. As a result plenty of people lost their money – in some cases their entire life savings.
Once we heard these stories we knew we have to do something about it. Immediately. In order to do that we asked investors, both those who had “failed” and those who had succeeded, what was good with their education and what was missing. We also asked them what would be the perfect support to help them become a successful property investor. As a result we received very valuable pieces of advise – first hand.
How do we fix this?
Finally we had a full picture. We sat down again and discussed what we had learned. Firstly we learned that some companies provided truly top shelf property education but didn’t give people the ongoing support they needed. Secondly they didn’t help people overcome their own limiting beliefs which caused them to give up or fail before “breaking through” and reaching success. Lastly others had incredible coaching programs but failed to properly teach the mechanics of property investing.
We decided that to do all we can to fill this gap. In fact, we set ourselves on the mission to help investors with the right knowledge, experience, people and our time. And that’s why we set up Momentum Property Education.
We spoke to some of the most experienced investors in the world. We also spoke to mentors who had taught thousands of people to invest successfully in property. Finally we worked with coaches in other industries than property and they spoke to the students, those who had succeeded and those who have failed.

We also guarantee that the company will coach you through your fist deal (even if it comes after the 12 months are over!). Actually, we will support you for up to two years after you finish the programme!
Your mentor will hold you accountable, push you, support you, listen to you and teach you all you need to know to become a successful property investor. That is something that none of of the competitors offer.
